1. Design development

We begin by identifying your wish list: What works? What are you pain points? What are you design ideas?
With your objective(s) clear we develop your spatial configuration (a.k.a. the schedule) and set the style direction. We create computer assisted layouts, mood boards and 3D renderings to help you visualize our ideas and include the placement and size of key furniture pieces for a sense of scale.
Next, we refine your layout by specifying all finishes, fixtures, and appliances, layering in millwork and any other custom details that may be included. At this point we also revise utility systems such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical in accordance with any significant changes to the layout.

2. Implementation and construction

Once all the necessary drawings are submitted and permits obtained, we begin construction and carefully manage the entire process.
We know how stressful this process can seem, which is why we follow a clear system of progress reporting that keeps you informed of budget, timelines, change orders and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

3. Decorating and styling

Making your house a home is the grand finale. Our extensive roster of craftspeople and suppliers offer a world of custom furnishings, one-of-a-kind pieces and exciting finds that give your home depth and visual appeal.
Based on the set-out design direction we specify, source, and manage the purchasing of furniture and décor that uniquely completes your space.
